What’s the Common Installation Method of Sectional Garage Door?

There are five common installation methods of sectional garage door:

A. Single Rail Installation: The most traditional installation of Sectional Garage Door is single trail installation. That means, single horizontal rail lays on the left and right side. It is more suitable for door opening whose door header is over 350mm.

B. Low-Position Installation, also called double rail installation. That means two horizontal rails shall be installed respectively on left and right side to ensure the smooth running of the garage door. It is more suitable for door opening whose door header is between 220-350mm.

C. Super Low-Position installation: That means the torsion spring balanced system shall be installed on the rear of the garage. It is more suitable for small door opening with lower door header.

D. Extension Spring Type: use extension spring balanced system.

E. Axial drive type: the garage door opener will directly drive the torsion spring’s shaft to run. It is more suitable for door opening with two door beams.

What’s the difference between PIR and PUR?

Both PUR and PIR are a kind of rigid PU. However, they have different physical properties and chemical properties. I . Difference between the raw material Rigid PU consists of polyol and isocyanate. Polyol can be divided into polyether glycol and polyester polyol.
