Light Steel Villa VS Masonry Concrete Building
1. Earthquake:

Too heavy brick concrete building will cause setting of ground in areas easy to occur geologic hazard, but the weight of light steel building is light which is only 1/5 of the masonry concrete building, and 1/8 of the reinforced concrete structure building. That will greatly reduce the bearing load of the foundation and the setting of the ground.
4. Crack
Masonry Concrete Building is easy to crack, which will takes more time and energy for the maintenance and influence the life of the people. One light steel villa consists of more than 10000 components with advantages of stability, high accuracy, and not easy to crack.
