Glass wool is soft and it is easy to cut or pave piece by piece, which can save the labor time and improve the installation efficiency.
in 8 hours work:you can install glass wool 1900m2 , but only can install rock wool of 800m2.

2. HYDROPHOPIC PROPERTIES

  •  After being immersed in water, rock wool will become soft and collapse, its performance will loss a lot.
  • After being immersed in water or in therain, it is easy for  glass wool become dry. Properties of glass wool is more stable than the rock wool.

3. SERVICE LIFE

  • Rock wool is easy to powder, after a certain period, it may crack. It generally can service you for about 10 years
  • Glass wool will not turn to powder with time passing by, and its prosperities is stable. It can service you for about 30 years.

What’s the difference between PIR and PUR?

Both PUR and PIR are a kind of rigid PU. However, they have different physical properties and chemical properties. I . Difference between the raw material Rigid PU consists of polyol and isocyanate. Polyol can be divided into polyether glycol and polyester polyol.
