New BRDECO PU Sandwich Panel Project Completed In Food Machinery Industrial Park

30000 M2 PU Sandwich Panels produced by BRDECO Group are applied as exterior wall of warehous in Zhongyuan(International food machinery industrial park in Henan Province of China.

This project has been completed in last month. On 28th December, representatives from over 200 companies and leading comrades at all levels from the governments attended the entry ceremony. This ceremony was hosted by Henan food machinery association and the people's Government of Xiping County, and co-organized by Henan Pingxing Food Machinery Co., Ltd.

This food machinery industrial park aims to gather the good intelligentized enterprises from China and foreign countries here, to form a perfect supporting system. Thus, to complete the transformation and upgrading of the food enterprises in Henan Province.

What’s the difference between PIR and PUR?

Both PUR and PIR are a kind of rigid PU. However, they have different physical properties and chemical properties. I . Difference between the raw material Rigid PU consists of polyol and isocyanate. Polyol can be divided into polyether glycol and polyester polyol. 1. Insulation Performance  Insulation performance of the wall cladding system depends on the raw materials of the insulation layer. Generally speaking, the insulation performance of organic insulation materials(such as EPS, XPS, PU and phenolic resin foam) is better than the inorganic materials( such as rock wool, glass wool, perlite and foam cement). 2.
