BRDECO PUR Sandwich Panel Appraised by Sri Lanka Customer

With the development of the world architecture, new energy saving building materials have became the choice of more and more customer, so do the top500 large scale companies.


On 16th January, 2018, our customer, Maria, from Sri Lanka, visited BRDECO Group to negotiate about our cooperation about 40000 M2 PUR Roof Panels.
She is from one of the top10 enterprises in Sri Lanka which has more than 30 subsidiaries covering real estate, tea, mine, vehicle, energy, tourism industry.
They plan build new factory workshop to support their expanding business.

Sri Lanka is a beautiful island country near India located in Indian Ocean. People here have high requirements about the architecture beauty.
Hence, Maria’s company plans to choose environmental friendly, energy saving and high quality building materials. Maria looked around our fully automatic insulated panel production line and fully affirmed and highly praised our production line, management.


They need this batch of products urgently to catch up the project schedule. We adopt the newest PUR sandwich panel imported from Italy which can be controlled by the computer to avoid the uncertainty of manual operation. In this way, the precision of our panel can be controlled in 0.01cm and we can maximally fulfill the customer’s required delivery time.

What’s the difference between PIR and PUR?

Both PUR and PIR are a kind of rigid PU. However, they have different physical properties and chemical properties. I . Difference between the raw material Rigid PU consists of polyol and isocyanate. Polyol can be divided into polyether glycol and polyester polyol. Reaction between polyether glycol and will generate polyurethane foam(PUR); Reaction between polyester polyol and isocyanate will generate polyisocyanurate foam(PIR). II. Properties of PIR PIR  is a kind of deep cold heat insulating material, which can be applied at the temperature from -196°C to 120°C. It has the advantages of thermo-stability. What’s the advantages of Wall Cladding System for Decoration and Insulation?

1. Insulation Performance  Insulation performance of the wall cladding system depends on the raw materials of the insulation layer. Generally speaking, the insulation performance of organic insulation materials(such as EPS, XPS, PU and phenolic resin foam) is better than the inorganic materials( such as rock wool, glass wool, perlite and foam cement). 2.
