Solutions to Common Faults of Secional Garage Door –II

Here are some common faults of industrial doors you might meet in its operation. We give some solutions to them for you. Hope it will help you one day if the professional man are not around. Fault 3: Hand chain of the Secional Garage Door cannot move. Reason: The ring chain block the cross-recess, the pawl doesn’t separate from the ratchet wheel or the chain-press frame is blocked. Solution: 1.  Put the ring chain in order;         2.  Adjust the relative position of the pawl and chain-press frame and replace the lubrication pin roll. Fault 4: Control failure of the  Secional Garage Door Reason: Relay contact is stuck; travel micro-switch is invalid, wafer is deformed, holding screw of the slider is loosened, screw of backup plate is loosened and the backup plate is displaced, so the slider or nut can not move with the rotating of the lead screw. Fault 1: The electric motor of  sectional garage doors  is not work Reason: Line short, motor is burn out, “stop” button is not reset, load is too large. Solution: 1. Check the circuit and connect the burn out motor;         2. Replace the button or repeatedly press the button;         3. Push the slider of limit switch away from the micro-switch contactor and adjust the position of the micro-switch; 4. Check whether there is jamming in the mechanical part or not. If there is, eliminate the jamming and cleaning up obstacles. Fault 2: The vibration or the noise of the sectional garage doors is too large.
